With bills, traffic, weather, health concerns getting motivated about New Years Resolutions can be challenging.
The Solution: Reconsider your Bucket List!
Check out a great article by You Queen for additional reasons why your Bucket List is such a great motivational tool.
How? It’s yours so do it your way: a short list, a dream board, a ‘To Do’ list on your phone or planner? For the purpose of New Year’s Resolutions I encourage you to first look at the big picture of what you really want most over your lifetime, then work it back to the next 10 years, 5 years and this year. Consider what you personally want to do, what you want to facilitate for others (like care for a loved one), and what you want to do professionally. Of course, if you’re fortunate enough to have a significant other, or others who could support or sabotage your efforts, it may be best to share your ideas.
