  1. This is a reminder for me! I have been away from my desk for a few weeks, and within 2 days of returning I am suffering from the effects of sitting too long. And the frigid air temperatures in the office don’t help either. I’m not designed to work in an office…

  2. Aging bodoes tend to experience office syndrome more frequently. I had dry eyes causing flurry vision and have to use artificail tears (over the counter) to combat office syndrome.
